Updates a policy rule in a policy set
PUT/mgmtconfig/v2/admin/customers/:customerId/policySet/:policySetId/rule/:ruleId
Updates the policy rule identified by ruleId in the policy set identified by policySetId for the specified customer. The request body carries the updated rule definition.
