Gets partner policy rules by guest
<p>Gets the partner policy rules on federated applications for the guest specified by <code>guestId</code> for the specified customer. Use <code>search</code>, <code>page</code>, and <code>pagesize</code> to filter and page the results; the default page size is 20 and the maximum is 500.</p>
