Gets partner policy rules by guest
GET/mgmtconfig/v1/customers/:customerId/policySet/rules/policyType/GLOBAL_POLICY/guest/:guestId
Gets the partner policy rules on federated applications for the guest specified by guestId for the specified customer. Use search, page, and pagesize to filter and page the results; the default page size is 20 and the maximum is 500.
