Bulk reorders the rules in a policy set
PUT/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/policySet/:policySetId/reorder
Reorders all the rules in the specified policy set for the specified customer. The request body is an array of rule IDs in the desired order, and this API should be executed only once to reorder the rules.
