Bulk moves rules between policy groups
PUT/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/policyGroupSet/:groupSetId/group/bulkMoveRulesToGroup
Moves multiple rules from one policy group to another within the same policy group set for the specified customer. The request body requires sourceGroupId, targetGroupId, and ruleIds.
