Network health metrics for a device.

Fields

Name	Description
user_id - IDDimension	The unique identifier for the user of the device.
user_name - StringDimension	The name of the user.
interface_name - StringDimension	The name of the network interface.
bandwidth_mbps - MetricValue	Network bandwidth in Mbps.
receive_bps - MetricValue	Receive speed in Bps.
send_bps - MetricValue	Send speed in Bps.
