Verifies user codes for provisioning
POST/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/:associationType/usercodes
Verifies the list of user codes in the request body for provisioning a component of the type given in associationType for the specified customer. The request body requires componentGroupId and zcomponentId.
