Adds a Provisioning Key
POST/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/associationType/:associationType/provisioningKey
Adds a Provisioning Key of the type given by associationType for the specified customer. The request body requires name and enrollmentCertId. Use microtenantId to target a microtenant.
