Gets all isolation profiles

GET 
/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/isolation/profiles

Returns all isolation profiles for the specified customer. Use showDisabled to include disabled profiles, and search, page, and pagesize to filter and paginate the results.
