Adds a CBI Profile

/cbiconfig/cbi/api/customers/:customerId/profiles

Adds a Cloud Browser Isolation (CBI) profile for the specified customer. The request body can reference a banner (bannerId), isolation regions (regionIds), and certificates (certificateIds); the response returns the new profile id and href.
