Gets paginated policy rules for an application

GET 
/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/policySet/rules/policyType/:policyType/application/:applicationId

Gets the policy rules for the specified policy type and Application Segment for the specified customer. Use search to filter results, and page and pagesize to paginate.
