Deletes an Application Segment by ID
DELETE/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/application/:applicationId
Deletes the Application Segment with the specified ID for the specified customer. Setting forceDelete to true deletes the mapping between the Application Segment and the Segment Group.
