Gets all Workload Tag Group names and IDs
GET/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/workloadTagGroup/summary
Gets the name and ID of all Workload Tag Groups for the specified customer. Use search, page, and pagesize to filter and page the results; the default page size is 20 and the maximum is 500.
