Gets all SCIM groups for an IdP

GET 
/userconfig/v1/customers/:customerId/scimgroup/idpId/:idpId

Gets details of all SCIM groups for the IdP identified by idpId for the specified customer. Supports filtering by search, idpGroupId, scimUserId, scimUserName, and a time range with startTime and endTime, plus sortBy, sortOrder, page, and pagesize (default 20, maximum 500). Set allEntries to true to include deleted SCIM groups.
