Gets all SCIM attributes for an IdP

GET 
/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/idp/:idpId/scimattribute

Gets all SCIM attributes of the IdP identified by idpId for the specified customer. Supports pagination through page and pagesize (default page size 20, maximum 500), a search string.
