Gets all Private Cloud Controllers
GET/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/privateCloudController
Gets all configured Private Cloud Controllers for the specified customer. Use search, page, pagesize, sortBy, and sortDir to filter, paginate, and sort the results, and siteControllerGroupIds to filter by Site Controller Group IDs.
