Adds a LAN subnet
POST/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/lansubnet
Adds a new LAN subnet for the specified customer. The request body requires customerId, name, and subnet; use microtenantId to target a microtenant and checkOverlap to control the overlap check.
