Updates the session termination on reauth setting

/mgmtconfig/v1/admin/customers/:customerId/config/sessionTerminationOnReauth

Updates the session termination on re-authentication setting for the specified customer. The request body requires sessionTerminationOnReauth and allowDisableSessionTerminationOnReauth; the latter is only applicable for a GET request and is ignored in PUT requests. Use microtenantId to target a microtenant.
