Checks whether a user attribute is synced
GET/analyticsconfig/v1/customers/:customerId/appRecommendation/groupingType/:groupingType/synced
Checks whether the specified grouping type is synced for the specified customer, and returns a boolean. The optional subGroupingType query parameter narrows the check to a sub grouping type.
