Update SSL Exempted Urls

This endpoint has been deprecated and may be replaced or removed in future versions of the API.

Adds URLs to the exempted from SSL Inspection and policy evaluation list or removes URLs from the list. To add a URL to the list, set the action parameter to ADD_TO_LIST. To remove a URL, set action to REMOVE_FROM_LIST.
