Intermediate Cert Resource Make Default Certificate

/intermediateCaCertificate/makeDefault/:certId

Updates the intermediate CA certificate information for the specified ID to mark it as the default intermediate certificate. Only one intermediate certificate can be marked as the default certificate at a time.
