List Software Libraries
GET/v1/resources/softwarelibraries
Returns a paginated list of AI/ML software libraries (packages) discovered across cloud environments and source code repositories.
Note on total_count: The total_count field is populated only on the
first page of results. Subsequent pages return total_count as 0 to avoid
the performance cost of counting on every request.
