Returns a paginated list of AI agents discovered across cloud environments and source code repositories.

Note on total_count: The total_count field is populated only on the first page of results. Subsequent pages return total_count as 0 to avoid the performance cost of counting on every request. Treat the first-page value as an estimate — concurrent changes (creates, deletes, status transitions) may cause it to drift. Do not use total_count to control pagination; instead, continue fetching pages until next_cursor is empty.
